Day 8

Today was finally warm enough to go for a walk around the "swamp". 

 I can't believe there is still so much snow on the ground!

                       Here is a second one of the Canadian Geese that have decided to stay!

They look very happy now that the weather has warmed up!

Day 7

This morning I made fresh Ricotta Cheese.
We bought this great kit last year from Heath Ceramics.  Kind of bummed this time.... it came out a bit dry! I used a different milk so maybe that's why? Don't know... but it still made a delicious pizza!

Day 6

Today was a lot of running around doing errands...  Christmas is still up!  

But I do LOVE my Christmas decorations!

 It makes me smile everytime I walk by!

Day 5

Today we headed back over the hill to Rosevile...  A quick stop at Anthropoloige and Peet's!  Then we headed off to Antique Trove which is where I took todays pic

If only I was willing to part with 200 bucks!
This would have come home with me!

Today was all about reorganizing my projects...  

Sewing projects ironed and ready to go!

One thing we have noticed since moving to Reno is that they LOVE freeway art.  Usually it is horses, birds or some other wildlife....

Hello 2013...

I have been away from this blog a very long time....  Last year was filled with a lot of changes for us all!

This year I have many goals and trying new things is one.  

So I am going to do the 365 photo of the day...  Yes already 2 days behind.  But hey I am here right?
